“If Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I would be dating her.” – Donald Trump declared, on multiple occasions.
Yet, in spite of the way the US President has been talking about Ivanka for years, often disguised as a simple ‘joke’ in many different interviews, the news came as a massive surprise: it was recently found out that « The Apprentice » has married his eldest daughter! Yes, he did!
Ever since she was young, his behaviour towards her has been peculiar, he would always have her sat on his lap and so on.
However, what astonishes us all, I’m sure, is how she herself would even accept to marry “the orange”,
a nickname given to Trump that many find amusing.
Another point that we are probably all asking ourselves, is:
- How legal may this marriage even be?
- Who dared officiate it ?
- How have not they stopped Donald yet from having more than one wife, when poligamy is badly looked upon, and illegal, in today’s western society?!!
Another final aspect is how Melania feels about this… I know that I would be outraged if I were her! Wouldn’t you?
